Sampo Rosenlew may not be the world's largest manufacturer of combine harvesters but it is the most successful manufacturer of smaller, high-specification combine machines.
Reinforcing complex glass fibres
Glasseide, based in Oschatz in Germany, is a subsidiary of the German Preiss Daimler group and a leading manufacturer of glass fibre products for a wide range of industrial applications.
Driving ahead
Zetor a.s., based in Brno, is the largest tractor manufacturer within the new EU countries, celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. Since production was first started in the 1940s, over 1.1 million Zetor tractors have been produced and exported to 90 countries worldwide.
Leaders in power hydraulics solutions
PHS Hydrotor SA, based in Tuchola, is considered to be one of Poland’s most important suppliers of power hydraulics systems for moving devices, particularly for the needs of the agricultural industry. Its products, which include pumps, control valves, selector valves, power sources, flow meters and tool holders, are supplied to leading global producers of heavy-duty farm machinery, including Same Deutz-Fahr, Parker and Claas.
